Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

Promotion Period
The giveaway begins upon posting on Facebook and ends on June 22, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit Sponsor’s official Facebook page and locate the giveaway post. To enter, follow the exact instructions on the post. Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple accounts or any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
No purchase, payment, or account relationship with Sponsor is necessary to enter or win.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a gift certificate for Via Main Restaurant in Massena, NY. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will occur on or about June 22, 2026.
The winner will be notified via Facebook direct message by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on June 22, 2026. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Facebook from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a request to Massena Savings and Loan at the address listed above within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.

Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
